The structure is greatly resistant to torsion and bending.
Sliding takes place on prismatic guides made of special tempered steel with interposition of balls.
Automatic interchengeable shaft
The fast interchangeable spindle HSK, which is supplied on request, is fixed to the shaft of the machine through an automated locking device
The latter is for those who need to change the tool on the spindle effortlessly.
The device allows the operator to carry out a quick and safe change of the cutter-holding spindle, thanks to an automated locking device placed on the inside of the rotating shaft of the machine.
This is supplied with a cleaning system for the contact surfaces of the spindle, through a blast of air which automatically activates when operating the ejection system of the spindle.
