GMC KGS/GMC 4-ALU M
monobloc structure, rigid and stable, with at most small size allows to dissect very large panels in a minimal space.
For over fifty years we build vertical panel saws. This experience has enabled us to design a kind of simple and practical to use panel saw, at a very affordable price.
Steel upper guide hardened and rectified that allows the machine to always work as a team, saw unit covered with sound-absorbing material to minimize noise and vibration,
in an adjustable steel base at each point and accurate testing during the various processing stages give the certainty our customers to buy cars practical, economical and reliable technology.
Equivalent continuous acoustic pressure level average 72.0 +/- 2dBA (work in progress).

Complete engraving group of conical blade (Optional)
In fact, the engraver, rotating in the opposite direction to the blade, avoids the splintering on the melaminic coating by engraving the material only about 1.5 millimeters; The next step of the blade results in a precise, clean and imperfection-free cut.
Engraver group with protected belt complete with registerable blade (Optional)
In fact, the engraver, rotating in the opposite direction to the blade, avoids the splintering on the melaminic coating by engraving the material only about 1.5 millimeters; The next step of the blade results in a precise, clean and imperfection-free cut.
The engraver with protected belt is particularly suitable when you have to cut mainly melaminic panels, so most of the cuts are made with the engraver inserted.
The protection of the belt prevents the cutting powders from depositing on the incisor bearings, greatly lengthening the waist of the belt and the device itself.
Electronic measuring viewer for vertical cuts to liquid crystals (Optional)
The viewer is also customized with software specific to our sectioners, integrating special functions: the automatic calculation of the blade thickness during a series of cuts, the ability to reset the axis at a predetermined point, double blade and cutter measurement, units of measurement in millimeters or inches.

The viewer is also customized with software specific to our slicers, integrating special functions: the automatic calculation of the blade thickness during a series of horizontal cuts, the ability to reset the axis at a predetermined point, double blade and cutter measurement, units of measurement in millimeters or inches.
Angular cut device (Optional)
The assembly on the machine is very simple and fast, based on a pin that is tucked into a special hole made on the lower supports (X). The use of the device is very easy and intuitive thanks to the quick locks and benchmark metric auctions.
Extension of retractable tipper intermediate support (Optional)
Retractable rollers for panel scrolling (Optional)
By activating one of the two pedals, the rollers go up and the panel can be easily moved to the desired position.
