The machine is with two vertical clamps that the block the piece during cutting phase.
The clamps only unlock when the heads are returned in rest position.
The angles are slected by selfcentering lockings on the position 90°, 45°in the right and 45° to the left.
The intermediate positions are blocked by means of a manual lever.

A single blade mitre crosscut saw used to cut glazing bead shaped and tenoned on angle systems.
The machine is equipped with an adjustable pneumatic stop positioned in relation to the shoulder of the tenon.
Cuts two beads at a time, clamping them together by means of a double holddown assembly (vertical and orizontal).
