base with oil tank function (equipped with oil level and oil temperature control thermostat) consisting of a rectangular frame in a sturdy electro-welded and powder-coated steel structure;
loading platform consisting of a ferrule containing the material and a steel radial panel positioned on the bottom of the same which, by rotating, ensures the feeding of the material to the drawer;
electrical control panel with IP 55 protection class equipped with PLC for electronically controlled management of the production process;
electric motor connected to the hydraulic pump to obtain the pressure in the system;
New solenoid valve unit with the function of managing the hydraulic cycle
drawer cylinder with the function of pre-compressing the material in the compression chamber through the loading platform;
briquette cylinder with the function of compressing the material in the bushing-quill assembly;
hydraulic vice in a sturdy and reliable steel monobloc without tie rods fixed on the extrusion sleeve with the function of braking the material flowing inside the quill
