"Easy-Glide" tilting guide system

The patented tilt segment “Easy-Glide” fulfills the highest requirements in businesses and industries. A precise, guided, doublesided support, guarantees maximum load bearing and tolerance free tilting and is absolutely maintenance free. A special, highly durable synthetic material situated in the guide of the tilting segment ensures extremely smooth movement and long-lasting precision. The tilting guide system, a synthetic material tried and tested in aerospace and lock construction, works without the requirement of lubrication and is totally resistant to dust. With a 6 year factory guarantee this Felder component offers reliabilty for many years to come.

Power-Drive (Optional)

The “Power-Drive” package offers maximum user-friendliness ensuring that the height and angle adjustment of the spindle moulder can be quickly and precisely electronically controlled. The turn of a knob adjusts the quick settings and the fine adjustment is carried out at the push of a button. Red LED digits, display the actual value in real time on the control panel.

Spindle fence "230"

The fence allows tooling of a maximum diameter of 230 mm to be used. The fine adjustment can be set between -5 to +25 mm. The extraction of the chips is done via the integrated extraction connection.

Spindle moulder table opening: 320 mm

The large table opening allows for maximum operator safety. For large dimension tooling, as used for tenoning and panel raising, the cutterblock can be conveniently positioned below the table.

Dual extraction for the spindle function

The dual extraction system from the spindle unit and fence ensures that the machine stays clean and dust free.

Fence plate

Hardened anodised aluminium fence plates standard on the Professional range. Accurate fine adjustment on the removable spindle fence via a scale from –5 to +25 mm.

Safety bar guides (Optional)

The safety bar guides are great for end-grain work (optional).

Power feeder (Optional)

The use of a power feeder ensures that standard work when moulding can be carried out cleanly and precisely.

Swing away device (Optional)

The “swing away” power feeder arm provides maximum operating convenience.

Solid cast iron tables

With this valuable option you can easily machine large workpieces e.g. rebating a door.

"Quick-Lock" - Change moulding tools quickly and safely

Change routing tools quickly and safely. The "Quick-Lock" clamping system allows a convenient change of cutters on the table router and reduces the risk of injury from slipping. Suitable for Ø 30 mm spindles.
