ISVE ESC JUNIOR4

The autoclave is designed and built according to the current safety standards prescribed by the new machinery directive 2006/42 CE

echnical characteristics of the autoclave:
Autoclave made of two semi-cylinders in very thick calendered and electro-welded sheet metal, able to support a depression of 730 mmHg;
Made in AISI-304 type stainless steel or carbon steel internally protected by a double coat of epoxy paint;
External reinforcement rings and thermal insulation of the lid;
Lid consisting of a semi-cylinder for sealing the autoclave, with opening via 2 manually operated pneumatic pistons;
Arrangement for the connection of the power plugs of the heating plates and of the humidity and temperature probes;
Solenoid valve for automatic adjustment of air return;

Technical features:
Vacutronic type microcontroller card for activating all the machine peripherals and for automatic control of the drying cycle;
direct reading of the German-made Wika 4-20mA pressure transducer microcontroller, in all vacuum and heating phases;
N.2 read the central and surface humidity values ​​of the wood being dried;
