Spindle

With a motor power of 10 and 12 kW and up to 24,000 rpm, the main motor is controlled using an inverter and is attached directly to the support module of the drilling head in the Z axis. Dual linear guides guarantee highly precise vertical guiding. The main motor is positioned using ground ball screws. The HSK F63 tool clamping is done automatically. The clamping of the tool is checked using sensors, which then confirm that it is safe to start the operation. The tool holder is cleaned pneumatically. The C-axis is available as the fourth axis and is interpolating (360°) with a compressed air interface for aggregates as standard.

Individual drill head configuration

Regardless whether the machine will only be used for cabinet manufacturing or as an all-rounder, you can decide which drilling head configuration is the right one for you. Choose between, a drilling head with only vertical spindles or one with spindles and a grooving saw for vertical and horizontal processing. Inverter controlled motor up to 7,500 rpm

Automatic measuring system of the tool length (Optional)

Setting the parametres of your tools made easy: every tool length is stored in the tool database accurately to one hundredth of a millimetre.

Perfect nesting with the FORMAT-4 matrix table

The nesting table with optimal matrix geometry enables the full panel support of workpieces of any size and design, guaranteeing exact positioning.
High flow nesting table: An upgrade to a grid pattern of 30 by 30 mm is available for best possible hold down effects for all sorts of shapes and sizes but especially for smaller pieces. The vacuum table is made out of phenolic resin, which has the benefit of being non-corrosive and is not affected by heat or cold (expansion and contraction). Accurate precision is guaranteed.

Smart Zoning

Smart Zoning allows fast processing of several common panel formats. The rapid change from one panel format to the next increases productivity.

Vacuum pods

The phenolic resin table also enables the use of vacuum block pods. This gives the machine a whole new character and increases the variability considerably.

Fence options (Optional)

As an option, the fences can be equipped to either the front left or right. This ensures maximum operating comfort and additional flexibility when processing workpieces. On automatic machines the continuous fences ensures a steady off load on to the conveyor belt.

Position controlled extraction connection

With the automatic control of the extraction connection, the full extraction capacity is moved between the drilling head and main spindle, depending on what is being used at the time.

Height adjustable tool changer including cover

The adjustable linear tool changer including cover on the machine base-frame optimally protects the tool-receiving socket against chips and dust,ensures shortest change-over times and can accommodate up to 12 tools and 3 units.

Status indicator

The changing colours of the innovative lighting system display the various machine statuses. This makes it possible to keep up-to-date on the current status of your profit CNC Machining Centre.

Panel lifting table (Optional)

At automatic loading, the lifting table positions the stack of panels directly to the appropriate working height. The alignment of the panel materials takes place directly on the lifting table and synchronously for processing on the working field. This saves time and increases productivity.

Whether as a standalone machine or fully automated cell, the profit H80 offers different automation options for maximum efficiency and shortest cycle times.

Labelling (Optional)

The labeling system facilitates the work steps and guarantees absolute process reliability.

Additional units for every use (Optional)

The standardized use of units allows almost limitless applications. With the already integrated compressed air interface with blow-off and cooling function even the most custom-built units are compatible for special applications.

Simply convenient: maintenance door for mortising unit

The maintenance door on the rear of the hood makes the mortising unit easy, quick and ergonomically accessible.

Under-table extraction

Final chips are completely extracted by the under-table extraction between conveyor belt and worktable.

Upper table extraction on the conveyor belt (Optional)

The upper table extraction on the conveyor belt cleans the workpieces on the surface during transport. This guarantees that the labels will remain in place on the dust free surface.
